mission & vision

To raise the Vibration of Change through yoga and acts of service.

I am very blessed to have found yoga.  I whole-heartedly believe the strength that I have gained, as well as the patience to be a good mother and leader in my community have come from my yoga practice.  Shauna and I created the Kula in 2010 with a dream of bringing awareness to special groups who are in need of yoga for healing, but also a landing point for teachers who wish to get involved and learn how to deepen their own practice and knowledge to deliver powerful classes.
